may 12 gives "legendary" 10 days to conjure such an item on west ladder through his underhanded tactics

but hey, two items with exact same mods except for one prefix (both have 5 affixes too) spawn all the time

also people mule such circlets as these - who needs FRW when you can shael your helm and have no %DR/CBF vs phys chars
