you are really looking for +2 sox or + 70+ mana on a circlet like that, with 2pc being nice (2off is nice for tvt if supporting zon). it is quite useful though!

I am a big fan on a plain 2pc/20fcr/2sox circlet as a starter circlet for Libby. If not charging much with Honor/Rare I would tend to prefer a 1/30/20/mass mana (over the one above).

and to comment on the druid pelt above, that ideally would have been +3fury, but 2/10/2/2how/2sox is also pretty good for this stage of the game (else for a fun fireclaws build).

items dont need to be total perfect to be posted/appreciated.



Eth items are basically +50% and -10% requirements, therefore, noting that you cant really get alot of %ed at level 9, the weapon is really nice 50ed/ctc amp erep, if that clarifies.

A Java can get +40 mana as a 5th mod (with res) or Dual res. But these were ever very rare over the years.
9str is max for this level.
a bowa would look for 2psm/20ias/9str/15dex and ever like for 30 single res (or 30x2 Res).

for pvm gloves likes this with mana leech or maek are ever sought early in ladders.
