It’s only made for a cta swap, no idiot would make a fortitude out of it and charge people with it.

You can use a 3/3/3 cta for a hammerdin/Smiter with hammer stats but not foh.

With a low str req and 5os this can be turned into a cta or the perfect foh stick and is the only 3/3 scepter with shock on it that I’ve seen to date.

Low str req makes this the best base possible. Nothing like putting on a maras to Bo and you can’t wear your cta.

I’m well aware no one would make a fortitude out of this specific base.
I prefer a caddy base cta so you can use charge damage to your advantage vs certain classes.

The best hammerdin weapon is a eth rep fools mod weapon with 3/3/3

i had a few better ones, like the 3/3/2 hammer/conc/vigor 13% ed divine scepter, and some of the foh ones.. they are rare as hell but definently not trophy material.
