I'm really curious here, wouldn't the red pelt need +Hurricane to be 10/10? And/or potentially some res instead of edef?

I think 10/10 would be 2sk, nado, shockwave, volcano (if that combo still works), 35+ life, light res, 10fhr, 2sok - I've seen pretty damn close to this so I'm not sure how that's #1 on east

I know there's a hunt for the best visio out there so maybe that ones up there but no idea, all I remember is them being bad
