Being strictly melee, is irrelevant, the roll is what makes it not great. If you do the calculations, it is a 3 mod belt at best, these belts have 6 mod potential. This turns this belt into a fairly common belt roll, mathematically. Additionally, you have OW belts that are far better. Unless there is some obscure melee OW rule ( I don't melee and will not pretend to know the best melee builds ) and you wouldn't use dungos for whatever reason...
