No is not.

Damage(most important in weapons) is fuck all compared to botdz and not going to mention the extra stats from botdz which no rare/craft rings combo together will give you. And yes the Eth rune Is always a superb sock to any wep.

That's the problem with 'rare league only'.... Cuz botdz beats most of the rares apart of 2 sock erep 290ed + fools and it's more common so why not be dumb enough and spend cash on useless rares and ofc ban the runewords cuz poor lads can put hands easy on them and smash your wasted dollar chars easy.
