It looks better then it actually is. looking only at Zon, I guess you could use this ring vs casters Nec/Sorc in tandem with Phoenix, but then you would really want Min Damage or Repl Life (or Both). its all about using the Str, noting you always have to be flexible with ring (and therefore typically you dont look for Str). i.e. its a very specific situational ring (but its just not good enough for that situation).
In DCL ( no tele ) you would look for higher life leech or for sure Repl Life. In regular dueling mana pots are allowed. All in all it needed repl life mod and even then its only a very good situational ring.
