365 average damage on ebotdz vs 255 average damage on this. Meaning ebotdz does almost 50% more damage than this. Not to mention higher scaling with ED and DS.

While it is possible to reach a higher frame rate on this sword, you aren’t attacking 50% faster than zerker. Which is what you would need for the damage to be equal.

And this doesn’t even account for Eth rune which is 12.5% less defense in pvp. Or that ebotdz has slightly more AR Than this. Or the fact that ebotdz has 30 vit and 20 more Str than this. Of the fact that zerker has more range adder than this.

You aren’t losing fort for ebotdz.


Nor has using a cruel phase blade ever been a good idea due to its extreme lack of damage.

A fools phase blade does slightly less damage than a cruel but offers substantially more AR.


This sword is shit. Ebotdz out performs it.

With how ias is calculated now, you want a -10 base for fury with 2 sockets.

As for AR, with Highlords and a pelt, it’s more than enough to fight gm melee. A fools will push you over 42k which is cool. But not necessary. EBotdZ is still a great runeword, and a runeword. I compete with it 1 for 1 with an e/rep legendary mallet cruel I have on NL. But 3 frame takes em both.
