8/10 max imo.
- The str is pretty useless since you need to be able to swap circs.

9-10/10 would be:

2 nec / 20 fcr / 30 frw / high life / high mana / 2 os.
or
2nec / 20 fcr / 30 frw / high life / high @ / 2 os.

Still a decent 2/20/30/2 os, because of the @ base. :)
