It doesn't work like that. Your offhand claw enhanced IAS isn't counted for. The base itself is the determining factor, but you use the IAS on your glove side claw + other gear like boots or amulets or helm jewels to total your IAS.

It just needs 1x 15ias jewel in it for max trap speed. Or you can 15ias jewel your Shako.

There really isn’t anything to use to make these better for pvm, other than an ist if it had a 2 socket.

ah ok, I somehow thought 80 was needed (with BoS on top), maybe that was before the ias-fix

42 ias with 2x GT (giving you an AWSM of -30) is max trap speed. No bos needed at all.

There was for a bit a higher ias BP before, but I was patch like a month or so ago on d2r

Ideally it's 15 ias/15 res jewel + FHR/mods Jewel for PvP in a GT 5 LS/30+ IAS/2 sockets, with 2 socket 5 LS GT for offhand with more FHR/mods jewels (55 IAS covers the minimum 42, and the FHR Jewels let's you stack @res, replenish life, or other valuable trap mods along with less need for charms). For PvM you don't need a 10k claw to do the job.
