10 slow on -10wsm weapon is 0wsm weapon, that's how it works



you're missing the point... you're calculating with the wrong numbers
a phase blade for instance has a base speed of -30
a matriarchal javelin a base speed of -10
you have to calculate on those numbers with slow
if you're slowed with 10% on a matriarchal javelin, it's the same as calculating with a stygian pilum without slow


10% slow is allowed in europe at least, but this is the last of it from my part... gl collecting knowledge about d2
