I really like it, whether it's a trophy or not I can't really tell as I've never played a throw barb. Thanks for sharing with us

Key item for WW/Throw Barb
especially paired with lacerator
20k Throw damage + Amp and then WW = Ears
its tricky to balance skills because you need both Axe Mastery and Throw Mastery for effective Throw/WW Damage & AR
but can be done with high level barb and is very effective imo

How u get 20k throw? I got nearly 700 dmg ghost glaives and those ends at 14k dmg but i guess if u add lac dmg its above 20k.

yeah 20k throw with that axe and 10k with lacerator before amp
its fairly easy to achieve you must have done something wrong with yours..
try maxing double swing instead of double throw
double swing adds big damage to double throw
double throw just adds AR to your throw

I maxed both.
Skilled for pure thrower.
Lacerator is around 7 k on my build.
7k life/40fcr/50fhr/statted extra dex for ar reasons.
Not much ed sources in gear, which scales high on double throw due to lying screen stats.

Got like 22-23k ar on rare side and 20k on lacerator side.

But i guess if pvm with might merc and even pride adds u can go beyond 10k lacerator side a 120/45 helm would also add loads of screen dmg compared to valk 08 cham. Ive done some upgraded since this.
