Absolutely - but at the expense of either Attack Rating or Mana prefix (the stats comparison in post #14 is referring to the Ring in post #1).

In that case the maximum would be Fire Resist +41% from Fire Resist +30% and All Resistances +11 (two prefixes).
[Not counting pre-LoD Ring here.]

Hack items are not considered teophies [90] / 10
Anyway the attack rating and the life are low
