i personally tested both online and offline, this isn't negotiatable to me, test it yourself and maybe provide a video of it not changing at all under substantial differences if you want to really prove me wrong.

would prefer like mine but just exchange the fire res for light
between shako and circ I got a choice of 5k life with circlet or 5.2k life with shako, i prefer to get the fcr and the frw. mainly the fcr tbh. the 200 life doesnt usually make me die in any more smites from opponent since smites usually do a minimum of 850-950 dmg, so its a nice trade overall
