I wouldn't say so. It's nice, but a magical 3os/80 life with good +skills is better for 100% sure. Essentially all that needs to be said is that the extra life and the extra socket on the magical > +1 skill.

It's a cool helmet for sure and useful/good. But only a magical 3os/80 life with good +skills can be a 10/10 as that is what is the best/helm to strive for. Personally I would take 3os/80 life/3ww/3inc speed/3bo because I think prebuffing is for people who are scared.

can ww mod spawn visionary?

Visionary mod isn't very great at all for level 30 duels. But yes you can get 'Visionary' mod on the same helmet that gives +3 WW, if that is what you were asking.

even at MLD visionary mod sux. however fools mod @ MLD is very nice on a sword.
