cant have fhr with those stats i dont think

these are pre-lod boots and cant spawn anymore for years now , maybe from 1.08 or something, cant remember- i had a long d2 break during those patches.

08 can spawn 20fhr and still only require lvl 18

okay wasnt sure, as i said i wasnt around d2 back then , i had like 6 year absence and only came back in 2011

They are the best level 18 kicker boots I have ever seen on any realm since Diablo came out.

For any other char, they are cute but not the greatest. As a level 18 kicker boot, they are beyond anything you could ask for.
