please elaborate how HvN is gonna be different with a super damach scepter build compared to standard HvN build with hoto, shako/circ etc except losing 20 life repl, oak charges (i know you can still use nature's peace but in tour duels it's good to have both oak sources) and 15% max mana

Yep and it's standard setup all the way.
Dunno about hvh though, maybe you'll need 2 hits instead of 3 to kill your opponent in some situations but I'm not too sure if it increases damage that much considering that you'd have to use nature's peace instead of bk.

Pretty sure Fcr is a prepatch stat on these.

the magic one can be shopd, nothing prepatch involved there

the rare 20 fcr one could be one, never saw one like these seemd lil odd figured its probably a pp item
anyhow he meant the magic one obviously since u wont shop anything rare at drognan

Rare doesn't make it better though, I would personally never choose to use it over hoto even if Akara was selling it in every second game :F

well if 27 lvl 5 oak charges aren't enough for you, better stick with hoto

and since this is east, not even sure if they play with oak
