Cool amulet. Nice lightning resist.

There are obviously better sorceress amulets around but this would make one badass pvm amulet if you ran a lightning sorceress.

The lightning stack, life and dexterity are great if it was set up as pure vita with max block. You would never die with a stormshield.

Whenever I see Flameyes and Eth post I usually shake my head, ignore them and move on. I did have to teach Flameyes there is such a thing as a max block level 30 sorc when you put on a whitstan's guard with the right jewels in certain item slots and it be useful. Just carry a separate non-max block setup in the stash.

Anyways back to the ammy. As a rare I would give it a 8/10. Sure it could have 10 more life and strength instead of dexterity but I'm not complaining.

I still haven't posted any evaluation on the ammy yet I still get accused of hating on the item
