Imo .08 valk is best item in game , consider we got all rates and rune words and uniques dupes etc

Not sure what your opinion is based on, but in my experience it's only usable for trap sins as they require all four fcr/fhr/ias/frw. All other builds are better off with circlets or other alternatives. Far from being the best item in the game.
