I wonder how many people complaining about this naga have a better one? Better than 50 ias and over 188 max.


If I remember correctly 165% is the cap for level 30 and that + to max damage is always a nice mod.

true very few over 160 ed on eu i have 2 i think they may be the only ones. to me its a 9

I didn't mention anything about bvb. That naga could very well put the hurt on casters.
