Possible to spawn? Yes. However, very unlikely and not possible for importers to create. They can only make permed copies of "items that have existed in the past" and/or "from a different realms" into the game. They cannot make a brand new items with perfect stats from scratch. The only guy who had that technology had his method patched (killerdreams)

This is the "truth" until they decide that they finally agree to release a new item into the market -_- No one in the ghost community has been able to convince them otherwise as of yet

you think all this warfists and bvb gear, all this legendary mallets existed legitly or in any way before they brought them here latelly? lol
the rare/craft roll maths work in a way that for a certain type of affix combination it ends up narrowing down always to the same combination including item name. That means A) their magic narrows down the number of affix roll combinations, B ) the game is designed this way > ?? (say for example each affix limited the amount of iterations of the next affix and so forth till u complete the 6 affixes or whatever, name combination included and relatod to affix combination)
When they say to you that a certain item doesnt exist, i means that that roll cant exist with certain constraints, but it may with stats close to it. They 'predict' the rolls, that just means you and i dont understand the game algorythms, but they do, and therefore they can 'simulate' the roll and do *********************** to get that rare/craft roll.
i can garantee you the vast majority of the items we've seen latelly are the first time they see the light in closed bnet, except those which come from shops like circs/rings,which just hapen to come from a shop, now they sell bespoke via pm L
If they could make, say a bugged item, they wouldve ages a go. Specially if perm. Why wouldnt they make perm bmanas, or bugbelts, whose quanity existing is unkown and get 20k / *the equivalent in $* here a piece without no one noticing the items are new saying its old stock (plenty already exist? ). Im not even talkin about making new 'new' items which could potentially ruin the game.

The items they 'can' get you already 'exist' in the algorythm, in their simulatior of the game mechanics, not in the actual game lol.

'perm copies of an existing item, even across realms' thats just not even what we see. Identical claws in different bases like 1 feral and 1 runic, identical rare circlet affixes+names in differents diadem/circ/coronet with different defenses. Thats not perm copies of an item, thatcsopy/pasted item affixes rolls.
