Tbh I was just grateful to have this and when it rolled 2 os even happier ,and then to get the matching amulet shortly after that was just too cute..
The alternatives and reason this is rare is that the life variable is really really hard to get to 100.

I guess I'm eccentric then But I really love this item. I don't get how some of you don't recognize the worth in something like this. Possibly dex or str mod in sub of life but just set to max add on.
