here is an update:

9.9/10 strong char there.
0.1 only because the circ could be +skills XD however, That new amulet is amazing and the cold Rings are super.

Circlet couldn't have base res, 2 sock, mana, and have skills
But I would leave skills off either way, my zeal is 6/6/6/6/12 when it has 5 swings. Without skills on circ I only have 4 swing zeal, so I drop that extra slow zeal frame which really kills it

Simply look at the stats of the shield and you will easily notice that they are not all the same jewel

Replacing shield asap also, as it is now the worst item on the char! I will repost full char soon, he has a lot of upgrades on him now!
