Yea grief blows this away unless it's a "no runeword" or "all rare" tournament or something lol. Also some people might value an extra socket (Lo or Um) > 2 Barb skills. Your not hitting super often in bvb so open wounds is crazy o/p.
You're choosing a small amount of def/dmg/ar over 20%ds or 25%ow. Could even throw an eth in there. I've tested all combinations and you can almost hang with grief barbs if you set it up right.
Still a 10/10 ofc
