I would only argue about it's super specialized application being a down side, but great for its application non the less.
As a side note, is the 30% ias required to hit the ias bp for the javs you are speaking of? If you can pick it up elsewhere you might want to consider swapping the 40/15s for 40/9dex

Yeah I like that suggestion. The jewels in there are temporary. I might get some nice quad rare jewels with stats to put in it. My allrare build is still a WIP.

there're much better ones in west too btw.
one is 2zon 30fwr ar per lvl 18dex 50 life 2os and other is w/o frw but w/ gg stats for jabber.
