i didnt say that about all shopped items, just about wyrm boots, as any boots that has the same stats with other base are always better...

example :

war boots, blood boots, mesh etc etc....unless we talk about lld or if the str req is too high.

i have 30/10/3rep/37mana/lr/fr boots...
