honor war scepter gives 35 - 53 dmg , which is 44 average . yours have an average of 37dmg.
but more important , honor gives 25%ds and 250ar which should help your "not charge oriented build" alot when you want a charge option.
not speaking about 10liferep / 10str ...
and +4 conc +4 bhammer ( on a 3conc 3bhammer honor base) should not give much lower hammer dmg then 5bhammer 3conc

i agre with your ideas, the ar and str from honor is pointless as i can use the str and i will only use charge vs bowie nn ar vs them.
I did think about 3/3 honor scepter for charge/hammer but came up with these magic scepter i am mostly foh/hammer with 1k charge if i use max shield. (not much but enough to hurt bowie some)
honor has higher dmg but depends if u want more charge or more foh/hammer, i went with foh/hammer ofc
10replen would be lovely i must agree.
