needs minimum damage. the fact that it has 5liferep doesn't really turn it into a zomfg_amazing ring. 9min = 20-30dex, dont remember exactly.
also, strength can be used @ one of your rings, depending on what ffa rules you are applying.

7,5/10 from me. non-useful res, non-useful 2light radius. overrated replife (on such rings, that is)
