High level duelers don't know how to duel without teleport, So once those 25 charges are gone, your dead. If people learned how to duel w/o constantly spamming tele. It'd be nice.

the real problem is that 25 charges aren't gonna last you long, you'll have to keep going back to town to recharge, that's going to get annoying VERY quickly
