Obviously not for tele

It's used only for mind blasting opponents. 102fcr isn't so much needed (however why not?), but 65fcr is nice to have

High fcr/fhr is also needed for chainlocking bowas with dragon flight (df->mb->trap->repeat). More time you spends on casting/laying traps = more time bowa have to run out of df range.
