Always was a fan of wolf barbs, but never made one. Drop the ed/ias jewels as your stuck at 6frame feral anyway with the ebotd, and 7frame with the DC. They aren't helping.

No FIRST of all, he said it was GM melee....So no grief PB. And it needs 35+ Ias to be 1 frame faster.
Second of all, Oias is not always discarded in shifted form (in this case it is). Sometimes it can help hit that higher fpa.
