just because you will have enaugh ias from other gear , that does not mean those are godly ...
if those pilums had 40 ias , you would place 2 jwls 40ed 15 max dmg instead of 2 jwls 15ias 40 ed , and 30 max dmg is rpetty sweet add ... got it ? therefore this are not top javs

350ed eth rep stygians is the same listed damage as 411ed eth rep matri's. however, being non-class specific the stygians gain a huge damage bonus (and i mean huge), effectively cancelling out the best possible (non ctc) 450ed eth rep 40ias matri javs. purely because you dont need ias on matri javs and because they lose the % ed increase from being class specific.

it means the lack of ias is not a huge factor when rating, unlike with matri bow ias (as previously mentioned), purely for the reason that matri bows NEED 35ias.

well, fools would be frigging sweet for barb ofc give me 2 300ed fools please! I might prefer 1 fools 300 ed +1 450 ed. But I need to test it though. my comments above are all in relation to fury though. i have yet to remake barb with these, there is alot of varied debate on the viability of them on barb @49, purely because no one to my knowledge ever had 2 such on a barb @ 49.

im hoping that on barb:

1. they can actually hit something.
2. they can actully hurt something.
3. they wont be pfail.

well , i was sleepy , i was trying to say Storm gyre 30% ED / Adds 7-18 Damage , which is lvl req 37

then yes, i would kill for x3 strom gyre in shield, i actually used them for a while on the slower frame. but faster frame = better chance to win, and with that damage, you only need to hit once.
