cruel javs are mostly used for lightning bolt, which converts your jav throw into basically a spell that always hits, so you just want big damage

fools javs are for jab/being able to hit with charged strike. the lightning dmg on charged strike always happens but there is a melee attack too that can hit if you got the AR for it

im not a zon pvper, but that is basically it. in pvm both of these will let you get big leech so are useful there too but 6/40s probably better in most situations since your merc will have infinity and conviction lowers enemy defense
