if you dont have an es sorc with these on,
you are wasting the BEST es boots on west

workin on have #1 es fb sorc on west

so far i have #1 circ and maybe #1 amu.. just has no fcr and is 2 fire but the stats on it are just LOL

7/10, because this is unique. But most people don't understand how little %max mana gives you compared to +mana. I wouldn't use these boots lol. No other mods, etc..

I've honestly made better, sorry..
