no point in warmth or not maxed tk?
and level 99 is impossible anyway in closed ~ 95 is realistic

in case you gonna precast with memory etc my sorc is hitting 95 es aswell btw

if you won't skill ench/armor/orb than 5 skills are possible

you or pacha (dunno) were talking about a 13k blizz,250 mastery with 95%es.. if you are going 100% precast you'll get 93% es on lvl 97 (not 100% sure )
how much base skills are needed for 95% es with 100% precast? 5? 20tk/2es/20fb/20fb/20meteor/20 fire mastery/tele = 92%es/lvl 99 -> each lower level =-1%es or just less fire mastery for 95es
