Do you remember the name of the helm that you could unequip and require and gain plus to skills with no cap? I vaguely remember every time you weapon swapped, or changed the helm, you would get multiple plus to skills. So much so that TS would one shot anything in the game. That’s the only bugged item i can’t remember. I would leave to see a video if you know how to look it up.

Finally someone else remembers this.
The helm had negative energy on it, if you had base energy and equipped going into the negarive it would bug out the game allowing you to weapon swap and get +1 to ALL skills stacking as many times as you pressed w. It wasn't permanent you had to do it each time you joined a game. I remember doing this and making a blaze maze outside of act1 that would burn for like 10 minutes before going away lol. This is no bs, it was on public servers us east I did it myself, didn't take long to get patched out. Got the item from a friend no idea where or how it came to exist.
