you need way more rollbacks (llike 1 per second for a whole year) if you want to get such rings
if he had rollback bots, he would also get thousands of nearly perfect ones with 4 good affixes and millions with 3 good affixes

Merging items is the key imo ... its been the way to do it ever since. Bugged uniques, bugged rws & "bugged" rares ... Just get two mediocre rare items and forge it into one godly.
