I know but its still a viable weapon since it can hit 4fps with only 30 ias as base like the phase blade and since its rare it can spawn with ctc amp which double your damage, but yes ataghan is mush better damage wise but it requires a minimum of 40ias as base on the weapon.

But in LLD the Cutlass is the only rare weapon that are able to hit 4fps and thats one of the main reasons its on the list.
