I don't know a lot about druids or pvp, so what makes this weapon so good for werewolf druids?

It hits the 4 frame per sec attack, which only a few weapons are able to do on a druid (and most of them can't be made anymore like the CCSoQ), since druids only receive IAS from there weapon and 95 IAS is needet to hit the 4fps.

Here is a list of all usefull weapons that are able to hit the last IAS break point:

Godly Rare Phase Blade with 2 sockets and 30-40 IAS
1: Shael rune 1: 40% ED / 15% IAS jewel (if 30 IAS). 95% IAS
2: 40% ED / 15% IAS jewels. 100% IAS

Godly Rare Fanged Knife with 2sockets and 40 IAS
1: Shael rune 1: 40% ED / 15% IAS. 95% IAS

Godly Rare Ataghan with 2sockets and 40 IAS
1: Shael rune 1: 40% ED / 15% IAS. 95% IAS

You know their average damage is 14.5, right? And that you can just upgrade them to ataghans?

ataghan is too slow maybe.,, cutlass -30/// ataghan -20

but i think both will hit 4fps..
