no doubt it's the #1 pair or boots for a mana build, but you must compare these to other 110+ resist 30/10 boots that exist on the realms, and really think about what should be more valuble

these are worth more than the best 30/20/xxstr/xxtri res boots on west nl

AKA Wraith Brands but i donno what other 08 legit and perm boots east has

best 30/20's east has are probably gspurs (west got damn lucky)

got 30/18 str/14dex/tri res (bitter brogues) though

still nice boots

Wow, what can I say. And even lvlreq 45, which makes these mld boots as well. Simply insane, can't even rate this compared to other items that get a 10/10 here. These are so rare, and yet so damn usefull. You're one lucky guy
