yup, I'm also pretty sure that plr and hfd are inferior to fhr and dex.
I don't personally like these, altho perf stats for 18 (def aswell^^) is kinda appealing...
I also agree that res in the 30s and other better mods like the mentioned fhr or dex or liferep(too high lvlreq? dunno) would be better
