It's better for any caster duels. yours is good for a barb, charger, bowa, maybe a ghost. that is all.

sorcs, druids(if not coa), necros, trappers, Warcry barbs, hdins

and even then, East has hardly anyone to offer as far as barbs go.

lol , no it's not it is only better for NvN.

You said any casters? Why would you be dueling a foh/sorc/etc with a 9 res circlet :D

My helm is best nec helm overall and this is best NvN period.
