I totally agree with the first part of ur sentence, but every caster needs mana.

Ultimately , u wud only b usin one of deez rings on ur char to meet str req for whatever u plan on using thus leaving room for mana on the other ring slot (cast ring/soj)

thus makin the cold res much more useful not to mention u can always just use mana pots, lol

well bro i guess. mana would be most useful for es sorc , every caster need mana but mana pot can help too.
