How did 49 mld come to be, probably because people wanted their own bracket. 59 is fairly popular and thus is its own bracket. And MLD is dead on the realm that barb is on so who can blame him. people make level 59 chars mainly because they can use hld runewords, they make them because with them they have more of a chance than a 49 to beat a hlder they dont want their own bracket...... that would be stupid anyways while your at it make a bracket for every 10 levels you get on a charecter you might as well considering then there will be 9, 18, 30,49,59,+++ brackets besides there is absolutly nothing special on this barb to make it a trophy, if there was then people wouldent flame 20+ pages just give up
