Dont understand why people are saying you need 90 ias blah blah blah. WSM bugging bro, I find no difference at all when you use chaos runic/eth fools war fist. Cant believe people still believe that it matters still or would rather not wsm bug and force your self to use ias jewels instead of ed/dex and have like 100 less average damage dealt.
