Just to throw this out there.
Smite vs smite don't need max block seeing as you walk no charge
Only reason for dex would be for a phase blade in which case pb in smite vs smite would be a bad idea seeing as how
Berserker axe has more range then pb
Good ammy though
Vt vs vt where it's gm to charge this fits in perfectly

In walk svs don't need max block yes , but who plays walk smite these days? it's so boring ....

and berseker axe got less ias then phase blade , ba is good only for charge

can't say if it's sad or funny that you children still use amulets and builds without fcr and enigma on smiters, with excuse of playing SvS.
not so while ago, i shat on most smiters i met and found in that SvS tourney@jsp with tele smiter.
you can't even predict when are you getting stomped and demolished. start playing will you? it's 2014, is about time you get good

1) Grief Pb > Ba : Main source of damage is the +400, not the base weapon damage . Faster is better.
2) For Bt setup this is the best amu
3) None cares about you spammer

BA is not used only for charge you dumb bugtal trash, it's used for range which you need in duels such as vs hdins/barbs.
if you did anything but charged around moor and smited while praying to god that enemy falls first, you would have clue

Anyway if you use teleport i believe range doesn't matter , what matters is the ias, if your oponent uses any kind of slow then you can't smite as fast with ba ,as oposed to pb
