Why would it need to be a divine scepter with high str req? War scepter is the best. Have you ever bo’d with a maras?

Idk but if you’re going for MLD, that doesn’t make your item a trophy
Now if this thing had Holy Shield on it I might say otherwise.

It’s definitely over 30. You can’t have lvl 30 unless it’s 2 pally combat (30) or 1 paladin skills (27)

The item I suggested was a Caddy which is extremely rare base to roll with useless skill sets. Solely based on the utilization of charge damage. Tbh I would also rather have it be 4 socket so you could just make it a Fortitude, but that’s more of a Hammerdin build than a FOH.

My item is a 0/10 🤕

It just has no business here as it’s a base. No base will ever be considered a trophy technically.
I’d say a 15ed/3ar 3hs/3med 5 socket caddy would be but I can’t even say that exists lol.

I thought I read in the rules Runewords and Uniques have no business here. I guess I read wrong.

I’d say a base falls under the category of a basic item.
And it is a basic item to my knowledge tbh.
Maybe if it were superior and a higher quality base I may consider giving you the benefit of the doubt 😆.
I’ll say in my 20 years playing I have not found a base like that
