Fire res isn't as useful when dual dwarves mitigate all Hydra dmg, and do a ton of work sorbing CE dmg.

Cold res would actually be relevant, as some spawn patterns have those healer guys pelting you with blizzard

with the given affixes these boots literally cannot have fhr on them unless you want to give up the mf or gold find. only alternative is tri res or +mana
