Lol even if you consider a pally can get 200 rep WITH prayer 10/200 is a 5% upgrade and if you are playing longer duels it can easily regen more life than the 60 life is worth. Lets say your pally has 2500 life pre BO, 60/2500 is a 2.4% upgrade. Don't sweat the negative comments, its a nice amulet.

Or maybe (definitely) there is a reason why it's been 20+ years of 60life = gfg especially on pally amulet and 10rep instead = sack of crap.

yes i can see your duels last all of 3 seconds so you need the most upfront life you can get.
