you dont need res if you berber... you use a different circlet for berber then, because its either phys or elemental damage...

lol berber still need res when youre using wand. its very hard to balance that. youre a 2009 and kno nothing about the game. go back to pvm please. learn how to build a necro.

Frw became the sickest mod when wsg became common place. I keep seeing posts here with this mod but it's really not applicable in D2R, while not being a d2r player, I've watched a ton of d2r duels live and on youtube and no one is south walking like it's 2017, where 30% frw on circlet is op. Maybe this is just NA style since all time though ^^
